The asking price for this exclusive penthouse? A whopping £136.4 million.

2. The Toprak mansion

This neo-classic mansion is located on Bishops Avenue which is known as millionaire’s row. It boasts other extremely expensive homes but this one takes the proverbial cake. It is a 12 bedroom home which spans over 28,000 square feet which does not include further staff and guest quarters. Dinner parties must be the most extravagant of affairs with a dining area that can seat up to 45 people and if that’s not impressive enough, this expensive home has a luxurious Turkish bath to boot. The house was sold for a staggering £50 million back in 2008, so who knows how much its worth today.

3. Witanhurst

This property is not only one of the most expensive homes in the world and in London but is the second largest just after Buckingham Palace! This Georgian style mansion boats 65 immaculately designed rooms, a three storey pavilion and a ballroom fit for the queen. The house was purchased for £50 million in 2009 but with the extensive work that was done, the price would have probably shot up to £95 million.
